MINISTRY LEADERS
God's design for leadership in the church is a group of Biblically qualified men who are respected and followed.
Be on guard for yourselves and for all the flock, among which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers, to shepherd the church of God which He purchased with His own blood. (Acts 20:28)
Windsor Community Church is shepherded by a plurality of men whom God

Deacons likewise must be men of dignity, not double - tongued, or addicted to too much wine or fond of sordid gain, but holding the mystery of the faith with a clear conscience. These men must also first be tested; then let them serve as deacons if they are above reproach.
