Our LeadershipGod's design for leadership in the church is a group of biblically qualified men who are respected and followed. Be on guard for yourselves and for all the flock, among which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers, to shepherd the church of God which He purchased with His own blood. (Acts 20:28) Windsor Community Church is shepherded by a plurality of men whom God Several men also serve our body as deacons: Mark Baab, Gary Cooper,
