4th of JULY at WINDSOR LAKE
Join us at Boardwalk Park on Saturday, July 4th, for a picnic and fireworks. Come as early as 3:00 to enjoy fellowship, play games, nap, swim or just hang out. We will eat around 6:00 and fireworks will start at dark. This is a perfect opportunity to bring neighbors, family or anyone you meet on the street.
WCC will provide the meat, drinks, and eating utensils. Here’s what you can bring:
LAST NAMES A-K bring side dish (salad, baked beans, veggies, chips, fruit, etc.); L-Z bring dessert
There will be plenty of food and drinks for everyone and the cost is FREE! You will also get a money-back guarantee in case we get rained or blown out:-)
Men, plan to be here Saturday morning, JULY 18, to attend our next Men’s Breakfast from 7:30-9:30 a.m. Cost is $3 per head, but if you are not able to pay, we welcome you to come anyway and enjoy the food and fellowship. Also, bring your son and invite a neighbor! This is our last Men’s Breakfast for the summer, so don’t miss out!
ANNUAL BACKPACK DRIVE
In the coming weeks you will be able to help us bless 50+ children who are in Weld County foster and kinship care by providing these kids fully-supplied backpacks. Look for the giving tree in the Welcome Center, coming soon. Shop for the supplies and backpack listed for your child and bring it to church. We will get them to Weld County for their back-to-school night. Thank you! Any questions, contact Jen Coet at 970.331.5685 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
